Please read these terms carefully before using Qzio.
By accessing or using Qzio ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") at qzio.in or any associated mobile application, you ("User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree to all of these Terms in full, you must immediately stop using the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, creators, and any other person who accesses or uses the Platform.
Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to use this Platform. Users between 13–18 may use the Platform only with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirements.
Qzio is an educational technology platform that allows creators to publish quizzes, articles, and study material, and allows learners to access and attempt such content for the purposes of education, exam preparation, and self-assessment.
The Platform offers both free and paid content. Paid content is governed by the payment and refund terms in Section 11. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Platform at any time without liability.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person.
You must not impersonate another person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation, or use a misleading username. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false or misleading information.
Creator status is granted at our sole discretion and may be time-limited or conditional. Creators are responsible for all content they publish on the Platform, including quizzes, articles, discussion threads, and any material imported or uploaded from external sources.
All content published by creators must be accurate, educationally appropriate, and compliant with these Terms. Creators warrant that they have the legal right to publish all content they upload and that such content does not infringe any third-party rights.
Creator access may be revoked at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all content published by the creator may be permanently removed from the Platform without compensation.
All original platform infrastructure, design, code, branding, logos, and platform-generated content are the exclusive intellectual property of Qzio and its developers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Qzio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the Platform.
You must not upload, publish, or reproduce content — including questions, passages, images, or articles — that is owned by or originated from any third party without verifiable permission. Recognised third-party educational platforms include, but are not limited to: Testbook, Adda247, Unacademy, BYJU'S, Career Power, and similar commercial services. Their content is proprietary and protected under applicable copyright law.
Reproducing, copying, scraping, or republishing questions, articles, or any content from Testbook, Adda247, Unacademy, BYJU'S, Gradeup, Wifistudy, Career Power, Oliveboard, Safalta, or any other third-party platform is a strict violation of these Terms and applicable Indian and international copyright law.
Violators will face immediate account suspension, permanent data deletion, and may be reported to appropriate authorities or subject to legal action.
The Platform may offer features that allow creators to import or generate content. All creators using import tools are bound by the following rules without exception:
Any content imported or adapted from external sources must be for genuine educational, research, or self-study purposes only. It must not be a verbatim reproduction of copyrighted material. Creators are solely responsible for ensuring imported content complies with all applicable copyright laws and fair use/dealing provisions.
By using any import or AI generation feature, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
Any company, institution, government authority, or individual who believes their intellectual property has been reproduced on the Platform without authorisation may submit a formal takedown request to [email protected] or use our Report Page. We will investigate and respond within 72 hours.
Organisations such as Testbook, Adda247, BYJU'S, or any other educational platform, government body, examination authority (UPSC, SSC, IBPS, etc.), or individual copyright holder may report infringing quizzes or creators directly via our Report & DMCA page. Actions taken include: immediate content removal, creator suspension, and full data deletion.
You agree not to:
Qzio does not pre-screen all user-submitted content but reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict any content at any time and for any reason, including (but not limited to):
Content moderation decisions are final unless overturned upon appeal to [email protected]. Qzio is not liable for any loss arising from the removal of content.

False or malicious reports submitted in bad faith may result in action being taken against the reporter.
For minor first-time violations, we may issue a formal warning with instructions to correct the violation within a specified period.
Specific offending content may be removed without prior notice. The creator will be notified unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.
Repeated, serious, or wilful violations — including copyright infringement — may result in immediate suspension of creator privileges. During suspension, all content published by the creator may be hidden or removed.
Accounts found to be engaging in systematic copyright infringement, receipt of a valid legal notice, or any serious violation of these Terms will be permanently terminated. This includes deletion of all associated data: quizzes, articles, attempts, scores, and any other content — without the possibility of recovery.
Qzio will cooperate fully with any lawful request from courts, government authorities, examination boards, or intellectual property enforcement agencies.
In cases of egregious, repeated, or commercially motivated copyright infringement or other serious violations, Qzio reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal legal action against the offending party.
Some quizzes and content on the Platform may require payment. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will consider refund requests where: (a) you were charged incorrectly; (b) the content was not delivered as described; or (c) there was a technical error on our end. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will not be granted for change of mind or if substantial content has been accessed.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused subscription periods.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-submitted content. Educational content on this Platform is for informational and preparatory purposes only and should not be relied upon as authoritative or legally binding.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qzio, its owners, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, reputational damage, or loss of use, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Qzio in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Qzio, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, the Copyright Act 1957, and all amendments thereto. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
Before pursuing litigation, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected] within 30 days of the dispute arising.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
